Jean-Pascal TRICOIRE

Chairman & CEO
Jean-Pascal Tricoire is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Schneider Electric. In addition to his current roles, he leads the Asia business as Chairman and Regional President of Schneider Electric Asia Pacific. As the head of what is the global leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, Jean-Pascal is committed to creating a more sustainable and inclusive future for all, using technologies and digital innovation to empower all to make the most of their energy and resources.  Jean-Pascal was appointed as Chairman of the Management Board in 2006 and then Chairman and CEO since 2013, following the change of Schneider Electric’s governance. Prior to these roles, he was Schneider Electric’s Chief Operating Officer. He first joined the company’s Executive Committee in 2001, in charge of the International Division. Over his 35-year career at Schneider Electric, Jean-Pascal has held diverse positions across France, Italy, China, South Africa, and the United States. He is currently based in Hong Kong. Jean-Pascal is a director of the worldwide board of the UN Global Compact, a UN #HeForShe Corporate IMPACT champion, and is a member of the International Business Council of the World Economic Forum. Jean-Pascal has been leading the French/China Association for 12 years and he also sits on the Global CEO Council of China’s Premier Li Keqiang, as well as on the Advisory Board of the Mayors of Beijing and Shanghai. Jean-Pascal is on the board of directors of Qualcomm.

Laurent BATAILLE

Executive Vice-President, France Operations
Laurent Bataille is Executive Vice President, France Operations, and Member of the Executive Committee of Schneider Electric. Laurent started his career at Schneider Electric in the Corporate Strategy & Acquisitions department. Since 2019, he was Executive Vice President Digital Energy Division of Schneider Electric. From 2014 to 2018, Laurent oversaw the EcoBuilding Division in Boston (USA). Prior to this role, from 2011 to 2014, Laurent was based in Canada as Senior Vice President of the Solar Business of Schneider Electric. Since joining Schneider in 2004, he has held several senior leadership roles including Vice President of the CST Industry Division from 2008 to 2011. From 2006 to 2008, he was General Manager CST Industry Americas. Before joining Schneider Electric, Laurent was a consultant for McKinsey & Company. Laurent holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from Ecole Polytechnique (France).

Olivier BLUM

Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer
Olivier graduated from Grenoble BusinessSchool in France (GEM,France). He began his career at Schneider Electric in 1993 and held various positions in the France Commercial organization, from Sales Engineer to Vice-Director Country Sales. In 2001, he was appointed as Secretary of the Executive Committee and Global Company Program Vice President. In 2003, he moved to China as Final Low Voltage Activity Director and was nominated in 2006 as the Head of Strategy and Marketing Director for China. In 2008, he was appointed Managing Director & Country President of Schneider Electric, India. At the end of 2012, he was appointed Executive Vice President of the Retail Division. In 2014, he was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer and Member of the Executive Committee. On June 2019, he was awarded the Chief Human Resources Officer of the year, in the 24th Annual Director of Human Resources Award which was organized by Cadremploi, Morgan Phillips Hudson, Le Figaro and Fyte. Olivier is Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer, Member of  the  Executive Committee starting April 1st 2020. He joined at the same time the board of AVEVA Group PLC (Global leader in Industrial Software) as a Non-Executive Director and member of the Remuneration Committee.

Annette CLAYTON

Executive Vice-President, North America Operations
Annette Clayton serves as the Executive Vice President on North America Operations. Before joining Schneider Electric in 2011, Anette served as Vice President, Global Operations for Dell, and led the transformation of its global supply chain and fulfillment model aimed at providing the lowest cost and best value of products for the company’s wide array of customers. She previously served as Vice President of Dell Americas Operations and oversaw the manufacturing and fulfillment operations in the Americas region. Anette Clayton was also responsible for the commercial order management and customer care operations for 20 sites in 16 countries. From 1983 to 2006 Annette worked at General Motors Corporation in senior management roles, including that of President of Saturn Corporation. In this post she oversaw activities of strategic direction, financial accountability, and profit and loss responsibility. She was also a member of the company’s North American Strategy Board and served as Vice President of Quality, among other production, engineering and management positions.  Annette serves on the Board of Directors for Polaris Industries and is the Chair of the Technology committee and a member of the Compensation committee. She is also part of the Executive Advisory Board of SCM World, a leading partner of multinational enterprises, in the development of talent figures, in the domain of logistics structures. Annette graduated from Wright State University with a bachelor’s degree in general engineering and obtained a master’s degree in engineering management from the University of Dayton. She has also completed the London Business School executive development program. She brings to Schneider Electric years of experience in manufacturing, engineering operations, quality and productivity improvements, business process and strategic development, operational planning, budgeting and cost controls, labor relations and strategic partnerships.

Hervé COUREIL

Chief Governance Officer
Hervé Coureil joined Schneider Electric in 1993. He is Chief Information Officer and Member of Executive Committee since 2009. Prior to assuming this role, Hervé served as Chief Financial Officer for the Critical Power and Cooling Services (CPCS) Business Unit of Schneider Electric, which was formed in early 2007, following the acquisition of APC Corp. and its merger with MGE-UPS Systems. Hervé’s responsibilities included overseeing Legal, IT and Strategy. In the past, he held a variety of finance and business development positions with Schneider Electric including Senior Vice President Finance, Control and Business Development for the Asia Pacific Operating Division of Schneider Electric, Vice President Financial Control for the International Division, Corporate Officer for Mergers and Acquisitions and Financial Controller of various organizations. Hervé holds a master’s in management from Reims Management School (France) and a Graduado en Ciencias Empresariales Europeas from ICADE in Madrid (Spain).

Philippe DELORME

Executive Vice-President, Energy Management
Philippe Delorme is Schneider Electric’s Executive Vice President of Energy Management since 2019 and a member of its Executive Committee since 2009. Philippe leads a passionate team that provides world-leading technologies, software and services to deliver efficiency and sustainability to its customer base. Philippe is an active promoter of a zero carbon energy transition through the adoption of digital and electric technologies. With over 25 years’ experience at Schneider Electric, Philippe led various operations in the US and France at the start of his career, as well as in Global roles. In 2009, he became Schneider’s Chief Strategy & Technology Officer and since 2011, Philippe has led different Global Businesses. Philippe is Chairman of the Administrative Board of RIB Software SE (Germany). He also serves as a board member for Schneider Electric Asia Pacific Ltd (Hong Kong), Fuji Electric FA Components & Systems Co. Ltd (Japan) and Himel Hong Kong Ltd. Philippe graduated from the Centrale Paris engineering school and has completed an MBA at Sciences Po Paris (France). He is currently based in Hong Kong and has been living in Asia for the past 10 years.

Barbara FREI

Executive Vice-President, Industrial Automation
Barbara leads Schneider Electric’s global Industrial Automation Business and has served on the company’s Executive Committee since 2019. Barbara joined Schneider Electric in 2016 as Country President of Germany, and expanded her scope to Zone President of DACH in 2017 (including Germany, Austria and Switzerland). In 2019, she was appointed Executive Vice President, Europe Operations and a member of the Executive Committee.  Barbara started her career as a development project manager for motors and drives at ABB Schweiz AG. She held various senior management positions in the ABB Group, including regional responsibility as Country Manager Czech Republic, Regional Manager for the Mediterranean in Italy, and leadership of the worldwide drives business. Barbara holds a PhD in Electrical Machines from ETH Zurich, and an MBA from IMD Lausanne.

Frédéric GODEMEL

Executive Vice-President, Power Systems and Services
Frederic Godemel is the Executive Vice President for Power Systems and Services. Frederic joined Schneider in 1990 and developed his international career around the power domain, spanning across low and medium voltage, energy automation, infrastructure and services. He has served in global as well as operational leadership roles based out of China, UAE and currently France. Frederic holds a degree in engineering from Ecole Centrale de Nantes (France) and an MBA from ESSEC (France).

Ali HAJ FRAJ

Senior Vice-President, Digital Plant and Machine Solutions
Ali joined Schneider Electric as Senior Vice President Machine Solutions for Industrial Automation in 2015 and has recently expanded his role by taking up the leadership of Schneider’s Digital Plant business earlier in 2021. Ali has spent 20 years in different roles in Industrial Automation and Energy Management including various leadership positions in R&D, sales and marketing, business development, strategy and general management. This experience and his knowledge of dedicated customer markets is combined with a proven track record in driving innovation and global business growth as well as digitization. Ali started his career as Motion Control Project Manager for Siemens AG in 2001. Ali graduated from Technische Universität München (Germany) and holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a doctorate in Mechatronics.
